By accessing or using the Platform you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Share Information

Information you provide to, or that is generated through, the Platform is used to operate, maintain, and improve the services we provide to you and your dealership. We may also share, sell, license, or otherwise disclose data obtained through the Platform, including individual, aggregated, or de-identified data, to third parties for our business purposes. Your rights and our rights with respect to this data are described further in our End User License Agreement. These broader sharing rights do not apply to mobile information or text-message opt-in data and consent, which are governed by the specific protections in Section 6 below.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver the Platform's functionality, which may include:

• Account and contact information (e.g., name, email address, phone number).
• Vehicle inventory data you or your dealership add to the Platform (e.g., VIN, stock number, scan history, location data).
• Operational and diagnostic data needed to keep the Platform secure and reliable.
• Payment-related identifiers handled by our payment processor for users who participate in the points and cashout program.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to provide and improve the Platform, support your dealership's inventory operations, communicate with you about your account, process payouts where applicable, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Service Providers

We use a limited number of trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) to operate the Platform. These providers may process information solely on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their services. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

6. SMS and Mobile Information Privacy

Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

Our messaging program sends transactional inventory alerts, user-requested account or login links, and task or reminder notifications to users who choose to participate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on account activity, inventory events, tasks, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply.

Vendors that provide messaging delivery, telecommunications, cloud hosting, security, or technical support may process mobile information only on Always Audit's behalf and only as needed to deliver and support the messaging program. This limited operational processing does not authorize those vendors to use mobile information, opt-in data, or consent for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information stored on the Platform. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the Platform, satisfy legitimate business needs (such as audit trails for inventory and payout records), or comply with our legal obligations.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
